Eileen Regina Griffin

Eileen Griffin, 77, of Mount Airy, MD passed away on May 18, 2023, following a brief battle with cancer.

Eileen was born on August 1, 1945, to James and Eileen Gallagher in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a loving mother of two and a devoted wife to her husband James who preceded her in death. Eileen was a dedicated mother to her children and grandmother to her grandchildren. Her family came first and was above all else to Eileen, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Eileen is preceded in death by her parents and her brother James. She is survived by her daughter Mischelle and husband Dan Hauprich, her son Eric and husband Brian Cahill, her brothers Pat Gallagher and wife Debbie and Tom Gallagher and wife Deborah, her sister Maureen Love, her grandchildren Joey Colella and wife Becky, Steven Colella, Michael Colella and fiancé Genesis Porquin, David Colella and wife Alexandra, her great-grandchildren Evelyn Colella and Joey Colella, and many nieces and nephews.
