Edwin DeLauter

Mr. Edwin Ernest DeLauter, 89, formerly of Sabillasville, died Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Williamsport Retirement Village - Twin Oaks in Williamsport, Md.
Born January 17, 1926 in Sabillasville, he was the son of the late George Washington and Marcie Gwendolyn Gray DeLauter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Marian Louise Valentine DeLauter.
For 29 years, Ed was employed, as a press operator, with the former Moore Business Forms in Thurmont, Md.
He was a member of Jacob's Church in Fairfield, Pa.
Ed is survived by two daughters, Sharon DeLauter-Firme and husband, Timothy, of Gettysburg, Pa., Brenda Frey and husband, Gary, of Harpers Ferry, WVa.; three grandchildren; one niece and nephews.
He as preceded in death by two brothers, George DeLauter and Edgar DeLauter.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Monday, December 14, 2015 at Jacob's Church in Fairfield. Pastor Richard Daughtridge will officiate.
Graveside services will be private.
