Edna Loudell Bartlett, 56 of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Friday, November 16, 2007 at her home.

Born February 23, 1951 In Brunswick, Maryland she was the daughter of the late Floyd C. and Virginia (Sis) Lowery.

Loudell retired from the US Government on May 3, 2007. She was a Budget Analyst at Fort Detrick.

Loudell was a 1969 graduate of Brunswick High School. She loved playing basket bingo and enjoyed collecting Longerber Baskets. She also enjoyed watching her boys play sports.

In addition to her husband Dave she is survived by three sons, David Dinges and wife Shannon of Charles Town, WV, Steve Dinges and wife Amy of Jefferson, MD and Paul Brohawn and fiance Jackie Kujawski of Walkersville, MD, one daughter, Jennifer Bartlett of Frederick, 10 grandchildren, Cody, Allie, Zachary D., Zachary K., Ryan, Dakota, David, Collin, Zoe and Aidan, three sisters, Linda Thee and husband Clyde of Brunswick, Pattie Nichols and Husband George of Kearneysville and Misti Glasock and husband Robert of Strawsburg, VA, three brother-in-laws, Randy Bartlett and wife Dorinda of Frederick, Wayne Bartlett of Huntsville, AL and Dennis Bartlett of Huntsville, AL, four nephews, Floyd, Jamie, Brian and Jonathan, five nieces, Georgia, Amanda, Jennifer, Danielle, Lauren, her in-laws, Betty and Ed Storks and a special cousin, Melinda Barnhouse. She will also be remembered by her five great nieces and all of her special friends.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Patches Michelle Brohawn and her grandparents, Harry and Lacy Loudell Powers and Charles and Martha Lowery.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Monday, November 19, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9.

Services: Funeral services will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, November 20 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Dave Orvac officiating. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be David Dinges, Steve Dinges, Paul Brohawn, Floyd Thee, Jamie Thee, Brian Nichols, Randy Bartlett and Ray Mangold.
