Earl Lucas

It is with great sadness that the family of Earl J. Lucas,  Jr. announces his passing on October 16, 2019.  Born on April 20, 1965 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Earl Lucas Sr. of Ranson, WV and Trudy Printz of Frederick, MD.

Earl began his work career on work study and ended in retail.  He enjoyed vintage cars, going to the fair, eating out and country music.  He also enjoyed bowling, where he earned many trophies.  He was a member of the MOOSE Lodges in Frederick, MD and Ranson, WV.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Jenny Hill and husband Paul and by his niece, Heather Cook and husband Sean.  He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, numerous cousins and extended family.  He will also be remembered by special friends, Jim, Tina and Cheyanne Willis and Ryan.  He will be greatly missed by his family and those who loved him.  Earl touched many lives in his short time on earth.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at 11:00 am in the chapel of the funeral home, Rev. Dana Werts officiating.  Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
