Earl Brown

Leon went to his final rest on December 11, 2013. He was the son of the late Earl L. Brown, Sr and the late Barbara Grey Brown Bowins. Leon was born January 26, 1965 in Frederick, MD.
Mourning his loss is his sister, Leslie Coldwell Jenkins, her husband Eric and son, Landon, of Spartanburg, SC and a brother, Christopher L. McDoneil of Cumberland , MD. Leon is also survived by grandparents, Bonner and Etta Casey of Germantown, MD, and his friend, Darnell Murphy. Mourning also are aunts,  Hilda Brown-Johnson and Dorothy Brown of New Jersey, Ruth White, Kathleen Howard, and uncles, Calvin Diggs (Phyllis), Paul Diggs (Donna), Myron L. Diggs (Alma), Monte Diggs (Marie) and numerous cousins of whom he maintained contact with many of them.  He is also survived by stepbrother and sisters, Henry Caldwell, Jacqueline Ali, Patricia King and Roberta Gilbert.
Leon was a Certified Medical Technician providing long time health care for the disabled, in Maryland , South Carolina and Alabama. He was employed at Washington County Human Development Council.
Leon was a favorite of many family members as a nephew, uncle, cousin.
A remembrance service will held at the Stauffer Funeral Homes P. A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Saturday December 21, at 3 p.m. with a one hour viewing before the service from 2pm until 3pm. Interment will be private in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
