Dora Toms

Dora Faye Toms, 87, of Frederick, died on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Rudolph; daughter, Terry; grandchildren, Brandi, Drew and his wife Carrie, Erin, Travis and his wife Adele, and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Emma, Jadis, Madilyn, Dylan, Connor, Christopher, Elisabeth, and Luke; a sister, Sally; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria, in 1988.
Visitation of family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
A graveside service will immediately follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Pastor Timothy Mount of Araby United Methodist Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Faye Toms.
A heartfelt and special thanks to the staff at Citizen's Care and Rehabilitation Center and to the exceptional nurses, doctors and health care professionals at Frederick Memorial Hospital, ICU for their dedication and loving care.
