Mr. Donte Isaah Hamilton, 20, of Poolesville, Maryland, died suddenly on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
Born October 8, 1994 in Gaithersburg, Maryland the son of Pamela Hamilton and Robert Brand of Poolesville and Christopher Lloyd Anthony Brammer of Wheaton, MD.
Donte was a graduate of Poolesville H. D. class of 2012 and had attended UMES. He was employed at Giant Food in Gaithersburg.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing sports, dancing and making music.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his son Anthony Michael, his brother Jayvon Hamilton-Boyce, his maternal grandparents Robert and Dorthea Hamilton all of Poolesville and paternal grandparents Karl and Princess Brammer.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm, Tuesday, October 6, at Poolesville Baptist Church, 17550 West Willard Road, Poolesville, Maryland.
