Donna Lynn Cooper Hoffman, 58, of Damascus passed away on November 4, 2013. She will be missed, but God has a new angel.
Donna was the wife of John Hoffman.
Born in Frederick, she was the daughter of Daniel Cooper and the late Virginia Honeycutt Cooper Souder. Donna graduated from Damascus High School in 1973. She was the secretary/bookkeeper working with her husband in the family business “John Hoffman’s Landscaping.” Donna enjoyed working with the flowers and plants, and she loved to draw and make beautiful cards and pictures for her family and friends. When you heard Donna laugh, you had to smile!!
She is survived by daughter, Krystale (Ben) Powers; son, John Daniel (Chelsea) Hoffman; three grandchildren, Juniper, Jaiden and Xena; sisters, Tina Dixon and Debbie Hipsley; brothers, Donny, Glen and Kevin Cooper; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was pre-deceased by her brother, James (Jimmy) Cooper.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 10:00 am at Mountain View United Methodist Church, 11051 Mt. View Rd., Damascus, MD 20872.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain View Church or the charity of your choice.
