Mr. Donald L. Wilson, Jr. "Donnie or Wilson", 52, of New Market, died unexpectedly on Friday, October 7, 2016. He was the fiancé of Shannon Terrell.
Born August 1, 1964 in Frederick, he was the son of Shirley (Andrews) and Donald L.Wilson, Sr. of Mt. Airy.
He was an avid Miami Dolphin fan and he enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. Donnie was very close with the Dorsey family of Mt. Airy. He will be fondly remembered by the Bartholows Bombers.
In addition to his parents and fiancé, he leaves behind three daughters, Zoanna, Shania and Jasmyn Wilson; his sister, Brenda Steed; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 13 at Bush Creek Church of the Brethren, 4821 Green Valley Rd., Monrovia, where a funeral service will begin at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
