On Monday, October 24, 2016 departed this life after a brief illness. Survived by his devoted wife Perla Upson, loving daughter Davina Sasser. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 9-11am at Goshen United Methodist Church, 19615 Goshen Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 after which service will follow with Rev. Shawn M. Wilson officiating. Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
