Mr. Donald L. Long, 73, a longtime resident of Community Living, Frederick. Donald was the last of his immediate family.
Born on May 23, 1937 in Clear Spring, MD, he was the son of the late Jas. W. and Ada Holland Long.
Donald worked in the janitorial department at the Scott Key Center. His three favorite things he loved were Pasty Cline, food and fishing. He was a member of Retirement Our Way at Community Living. Donald never met anyone that wasn’t his friend. He will be greatly missed by all who were touched by knowing him, especially the friends and staff at Community Living.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00am on Friday May 13, 2011, at the Stauffer Funeral Homes P. A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to the Community Living Inc. 620B Research Drive, Frederick, MD, 21703.
