On Sunday, November 24, 2013 of Woodbine, MD. Beloved husband of M. Dolores Herr. He is survived by son Joseph Rockstroh (Simone) and daughter Mary Ellen Liebowitz; grandchildren Shawn and Pat Moriarty and Jamie Rockstroh; 4 great-grandchildren. Donald proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed big band music in his younger days. Friends may call at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy, on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 3-5 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Poplar Springs, 1125 St. Michael's Rd., Mt. Airy on Monday, December 2 at 10AM. Father Mike Ruane will be the celebrant.
