Dennis Eugene Eader

Mr. Dennis Eugene Eader, 52, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Sunday, September 21, 2008 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

He was born on March 2, 1956 in Frederick, the son of the late Clifford and Shirley ( Bowers ) Eader.

Mr. Eader was a graduate of Linganore High School, Class of 1974 and was a member of the football and track teams.

He spent 36 years in the plumbing trade, earning his journeyman's license. He started his employment with John T. Croghan, Inc., Hyattstown. He then moved on to James A. Federline, Inc., Masters, Inc. Page Mechanical, Robert A. Tull, Inc. Apex Plumbing and ended his career with Phillips Way Plumbing.

His biggest loves were his children, followed by family, friends and his animals. He enjoyed being part of the farming community and helping his children exhibit dairy cattle at various local fairs over the years. He also enjoyed hunting; Harley Davidson cycles and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

He is survived by his children; Adriane Shell and her husband Nick of Frederick, Lewis ( Blaine ) Eader, Amanda Eader and Allison Eader, all at home; sister Debi Ensor and husband Bill and their daughter Laken, of Mt. Pleasant; sister Sherrie Doody and her husband Robert Sr., and their son Robert Jr. of new Midway. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins and his former wives, Dawn Topper and Debbie Musselman.

Visitation: Family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, on Wednesday, September 24th, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Pallbearers for Mr. Eader are, Bill Ensor, Robert Doody, Jr., Michael Bowers, Butch Eader, Chuck Smith, Bob Aldridge, Russ Myers and Jeff Musselman.
