Dennis "Danny" Matos

Dennis "Danny" Matos, 77, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Doey's House in Hagerstown, MD.
Born on August 19, 1943, in Watertown, New York, he was the son of the late Peter and Mary (Ronson) Matos. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Matos and son Greg Matos of Boonsboro, MD; brother Christos (Roula) Matos of FL; many beloved nieces, nephews and additional family.

His career was in accounting.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, his beloved dog and granddogs and vacationing in the Outer Banks.  He loved all sports and was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Capitals.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742.  The family would like to extend their gratitude for the excellent support and care provided by Hospice of Washington County.
