Debra (Dee) Grandstaff

Debra (Dee) Denise Grandstaff, 66, of Ijamsville, Maryland passed away on October 22, 2021 at Georgetown Hospital in Washington, DC.

Born on September 7, 1955, at Bethesda Naval Hospital, she was the daughter of the late George Wesley Johnson and Betty Gene (Mateer) Johnson.

Dee graduated from Surrattsville High School and worked for the Office of Naval Intelligence as an Administrative Assistant.

She enjoyed cooking and sewing, but most of all, she loved watching her two grandsons play baseball.

In addition to her husband, Daniel, she is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Forman (Harlow), and her grandsons, Jake and Brady Forman.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702 on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm.  Rev. Tim May will officiate.

Friends may visit the home of Daniel Grandstaff from 4:30-6:30 p.m., following the funeral service.

For those attending the viewing or funeral service, a mask or adequate face covering is preferred.
