Mrs. Debra "Debi" Lynn Melendez-Carmody, 56, of Ellicott City, MD passed away suddenly at her home on Monday, October 7, 2013. Born December 30, 1956 she was the daughter of Betty L. White and of the late Martin L. White, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, John J. Carmody; children Michael Melendez Sr. and Cynthia Melendez; other survivors, Sharon Helms, Martin L.White Jr, Donald White, Steven White and Brian White, grandson,Michael Melendez Jr. and Crystal Melendez. She was preceded in death by father. Family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 8 East Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy, MD 21771 on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home, 1 PM, on Saturday, October 12, 2013 with Rev. Bea Gruber officiating. Inurnment will be private.
