Debra Roberts

Debra Kay Roberts, 67, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on December 15, 2018 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of 43 years to Eric H. Roberts.

Born on August 13, 1951 in Grantsville, Maryland, she was the daughter of Margie (Miller) Hetrick and the late Kenneth Hetrick. She worked for the Department of Energy for 38 years as an Office Administrator until her retirement in 2007. She leaves behind her beloved K-9 companion Bella.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her three brothers, Gene Hetrick and wife Elaine and their sons, Carol, Ricky and Brian; Larry Hetrick and wife Brenda and children, Dennis and Nick; and David Hetrick and wife Tammi and their son Michael; uncle, Marvin Miller and his daughter Beverly and aunt, Vadna Heline and her three daughters, Cheryl, Maria and Theresa; numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by many of her aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 10-11am at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. A Celebration of her Life’s Journey will be held at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
