Born on September 12, 1951, in Maryland, Debra was the cherished daughter of Charles Bradley Firth and Virginia Corey Tobin. With a deep love for learning and a passion for helping others, Debra dedicated 30 years of her life to the Montgomery County Public Schools as an Administrative Secretary. Her dedication and commitment to her work left an indelible mark on the school community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Debra had a zest for life that was infectious. She loved glamor and jewelry – always adorned with her signature sparkles that matched the effervescent twinkle in her eyes. Her sparkling personality brought joy to every room she entered and left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.

Debra's husband, Allan Eisel; brother, David Tobin; and sister, Elizabeth McNeal; were those closest to her heart. Together they shared countless memories filled with laughter, love, and unwavering support. Their bond remains unbreakable as they navigate through this difficult time.
