Deborah "Debbie" Dersin

January 25, 1958 — May 3, 2018

Deborah Kay Dersin was born January 25, 1958 near Romney, West Virginia, and passed away on May 3, 2018.  She was the daughter of the late Hazel Juanita Heavner Wolford and Harold Dailey Wolford.  Debbie is survived by her husband, Muryl (Bud) Dersin, daughter Jessica Louise Kline and husband Alex Kline, sister Vicki Gladhill, and brother Michael Wolford Sr.

She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Amanda Mariani, Jason Gladhill, Christopher Wolford, Michael Wolford Jr. and Nathan Wolford; great nieces and nephews Isabella Mariani, Anthony Mariani and Camden Wolford; as well as her grandson Emmett Matthew Kline.

She is preceded in death by her mother Hazel Juanita Heavner Wolford, father Harold Dailey Wolford, sister Pamela Sue Wolford; and brother Dailey Gene Wolford.

Debbie graced us with her love of life on this earth for 22,239 days.  In life, Debbie was always there to help family and friends. She loved them ferociously and was the rock of her family.  Debbie’s husband, daughter, son-in-law, five nieces and nephews; three great nieces and nephews and grandson were the loves of her life.

Debbie’s other love in life was planning parties and activities for the kids to do.  She especially loved gathering them around for games and crafts. Debbie always was great at entertaining and sharing her love of life with everyone.

During the years at the river property, she loved cookouts, riding the golf cart or sometimes fixing it, boat rides and good conversation.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday May 8th, 2018 from 5-7pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. A service will directly follow at 7 p.m.
