Dawn Beard

Dawn Marie Beard, 56, of Boonsboro died unexpectedly Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her home. She was the loving companion of Duane Bender.
Born September 3, 1961 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Doris and Delano Wilson of Port Orange, FL.
Dawn was an extremely talented and loving individual in all aspects of her life, who enjoyed designing, catering, sewing and crafts. Anyone who knew her recognized her as a loving person with the largest of hearts. Dawn was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Additionally, she is survived by her son, Dalton Beard and fiancé, Kelsi Sines, of Hagerstown; two grandchildren,Tatum and Penelope Beard; a sister, Pam Mullendore and husband, Steve, of Boonsboro; a brother, Dwaine Wilson and wife, Robin, of Boonsboro; many nieces and nephews, and their families; as well as Bender family members; Jacob and Doris Bender; Terrie Grim and husband, Mark; Edward Bender; and two nephews, all of Sharpsburg. In addition, Dawn had a special love for her dog, Taner.
Dawn was predeceased by a son, Zachary Beard.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, with a memorial service to begin at noon. Officiating will be Pastor Mike Foster.
Interment will be private.
