David Esposito

David Allen Esposito, 30, of Thurmont, passed from this life on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at his home.  He was the husband of Katia Bartoletti.  Born on September 2, 1991, in West Chester, PA, he was the son of David  Esposito and Anna (Martin) Esposito.

Dave was a 2016 Frederick Community College graduate of Fire and Rescue and was a 2010 graduate of Severna Park High School.  His public service career led him to work at Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company, Lifestar Medical Transport, Johns Hopkins Medical Transport and most recently, Dave was a Frederick County, MD Fire Fighter.  Dave was a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters and enjoyed camping, off-roading, paddle boarding and biking in his spare time.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Esposito is survived by his step-children: Ashley, Josh and Albert, his sisters: Jessica Esposito and Christy Knight and husband Doug as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 20, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, where a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM.  Friends are invited to continue visiting briefly following the service.  Final interment will be private.
