David Grayson Burall, 53, of Frederick, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Frederick Memorial Hospital, following a year long battle with cancer.
Born in Frederick June 19, 1960, he was a son of Virginia Mainhart Burall of Frederick and the late W. Leroy “Buzz” Burall.
David loved to work on the farm during his childhood and loved to watch the tractor pull every year at the Great Frederick Fair. From David’s early 20s until the time of his death, he was part of the Way Station program of Frederick County.
Surviving, besides his mother, are one sister, Nancy Burger of Falling Waters, WV; two brothers, Michael L. Burall of Frederick and Scott P. Burall of New Market; 8 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews; aunts and uncle, Addie Mae Null of Frederick; the Rev. Fred and Joice Bernhard of Greensboro, Ohio; and Catherine Burall of Monrovia and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26, at Bush Creek Church of the Brethren, Monrovia, with his uncle, the Rev. Fred Bernhard, officiating. Interment will be private and at a later date in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Monrovia.
