Mr. Dale A. Stiffler,71 , of New Market, MD passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Mandy Stiffler for 44 years.
Born November 19,1940 in Altoona, PA he is the son of Lilias E. "Neely" Stiffler of Hollidaysburg, PA and the late Harry Arthur Stiffler.
Mr. Stiffler enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Dale also enjoyed trap shooting with his son and son-in-law and loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his daughter Angie Noah and husband Rick of Mt. Airy and his son David Stiffler of New Market; grandchildren Madelyn Grace Noah and Arianna Elizabeth Noah; brother Kent Stiffler and wife Liz of State College, PA. He will also be remembered by special friends Linda and Jimmy Robins of Damascus and also his caregiver Renee Weston.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy on Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 1-2 PM where a memorial service will begin at 2 PM. Rev. Tim May will officiate.
