In Loving Memory of Daad A. Ajamian,
January 27, 1940 – December 19, 2023
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Daad A. Ajamian, who peacefully left this world on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Born on January 27, 1940, in Safita, Syria, her legacy of love, devotion, and service will forever remain in our hearts.
Our mom is survived by her husband: Theodore; three sons: Gaius, Paul, and Mark and their wives: Michele, Cindy, and Aleen; and eight grandchildren: Alexandra, Adam (& wife Kaitlen) & Hanah, Stephen (& wife Vanessa), John (& wife Abigail) & Abi; Mila & Yeva; two great-grandchildren: Sullivan & Daisy; five sisters: Idlaeid, Tisbeen, Tamam, Amal, Wafa, and a brother: Attah and her dear nephews Tony and Jad.
Her unwavering faith in God was the cornerstone of her existence, providing solace and inspiration to those who witnessed her spiritual journey. It was the foundation for all she did. Of all her roles, Mom would take the greatest comfort in her identity as a Christ-follower. A faithful and strong Christian woman, Mom will always be remembered for the countless hours she spent reading her Bible, praying , and listening to sermons.
Mom’s work ethic was unparalleled and was evident in the joy she took in feeding her family, keeping a meticulous home, and working several jobs simultaneously. Mom created a home filled with warmth, love, and security and did so while sharing Christ’s love with everyone she came in contact with.
Our mom leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and faith that will continue to inspire generations to come. As we mourn her physical absence, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life marked by selflessness, love, and a profound dedication to God and family.
Our family is humbled by the love we have received from our friends and family. Your prayers were answered by God who gave our Mom relief, allowed her to depart in peace, and called her home to an eternal life of joy and praise in His presence.
May our mom find eternal peace in the arms of Our Lord, and may her memory continue to shine brightly in our hearts and through our lives.
Rest in peace, Mom. You will be dearly missed and always remembered.
With love and cherished memories,
Your entire family
