Clarence E. “Bo” Kline, 65, of Middleway, WV, went to meet Jesus on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center after a long, hard battle with Leukemia. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Patti Rohrer Kline.
Born on April 9, 1952 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Raymond M. and Helen (Weaver) Kline. Bo served honorably in the United States Army. He attended Cross Point Church of God in Middleway, WV and was a member of Inwood Assembly of God. He was retired from Save a Lot as a “professional” truck driver. After retiring, he enjoyed cutting grass at Prospect Hall Shooting Club and helping out at Gruber Farms. He was a member of the Williamsport Red Men Lodge 84. He loved hunting, farming, horseback riding, and showing horses with his grandson, Braeden.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-children, Lynnette Saunders and husband Ryan, and JR Dodson and wife Kati; grandchildren, Haley and Hunter Dodson and Braeden Saunders; his step-mother, Vivian Kline; brothers, Wayne Kline, Henry Kline, Evan Kline, Gary Devore, Eric Kline and Chris Kline; sisters, Darlene Patmore, Betty Mulcher and Linda Neff; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Kline; step grandson, Christopher Saunders and brothers, Floyd Kline, Raymond W. Kline and Glenn Kline.
The family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713. The funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, March 31st at the funeral home. Pastor Harold Newsome Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Boonsboro Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Bo’s honor to Cross Point Church of God, 3066 S. Childs Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
