Charlotte Louise Boone

Charlotte Louise Boone, 87 of Frederick, MD passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Northampton Manor Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Robert M. Boone, Sr. who passed away in March 1991.
Born February 22, 1921 she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Lydia Altvater.
She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie D. Clabaugh and husband Robert of Thurmont, two step sons, Robert M. Boone, Jr. and wife Bonnie of Smithsburg and Randall W. Boone and wife Virginia of Frederick, four grandchildren, Alicia Miller of Waynesboro, Randall Boone, Jr. of Buckeystown, Robert L. Boone of Waynesboro and Dawn M. Escalante of Boonsboro, seven great grandchildren, one sister, Lydia Geisbert of Walkersville, one brother, Jacob Altvater and wife Shirley of New Windsor and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Barbara L. Shankle, a grandson, James E. Boone, a great granddaughter, Savina Escalante, a sister, Catherine Black and one brother, Richard Altvater.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, February 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Services:
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 6th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jennifer Smith officiating.
Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
