Mrs. Charlotte Ramsburg Young, age 98, passed away on Saturday, June 7, at Golden Living Center of Frederick. She was the wife of the late Harry A. Young, Jr.
Born April 16, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Grayson H. and Cora Ramsburg.
A graveside service will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frederick on Wednesday, June 11, at 10:00 am
Those wishing to attend should gather at the main gate to travel to the graveside together.
