Mrs. Charlotte C. St. Martin, 80, of Hagerstown, died Monday, November 14, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Dick W. St. Martin.
Born July 1, 1936 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late John and Lucille Kennedy.
Charlotte was a member of Wayside Baptist Church in Hagerstown.
She is survived by three children, Rodney Davis, George Davis and Phillip Davis, all of Hagerstown; a brother, Floyd Kennedy of Warfordsburg, PA; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Virginia Hessong and Catherine Kennedy; and a brother, Frank William Kennedy.
Services are private.
