Charlotte A. Baudrau

Charlotte A. Baudrau, 93, of Salisbury, Maryland, a former resident of Thurmont and Lisbon, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, MD. She was the loving wife of the late Robert E. Baudrau, who predeceased her in 2008.

Born on November 13, 1930, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Frederick A. Burke and Ruth (Thompson) Burke.

She was a graduate of McKinley Tech in DC.

Mrs. Baudrau was a longtime member of Lewistown United Methodist Church and Lisbon United Methodist Church. Additionally, she held association memberships with AARP, NARFE, and Rainbow Ladies Group.

She is survived by sons, Robert Baudrau (Tyla) of Pearl City, HI, James E. Baudrau (Diane) of Delmar, MD, Michael Baudrau (Kathleen) of Alexandria, MN, Frederick J. Baudrau (Colleen) of Gettysburg, PA, and Thomas Everhart (Jennifer) of Venice, CA; daughter, Debra Boross (Roger) of Simi Valley, CA; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon Myers.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD, with a service to begin at 12 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Rick Hill.

Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD. Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary Baudrau, Tyrone Snowden, and Dante Snowden.
