Charles {Teatie} M. Winpigler

Mr. Charles (Teatie) M. Winpigler, 70 of Frederick passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Maryellen (Sue) Kidwell Winpigler. They were married for 45 years.

Born February 17, 1939 he was the son of the late Charles W. and Bessie Robert Winpigler.

He was a 1957 graduate of Frederick High School.

He retired in 1994 after 30 years from Clorox. He was also a member of S.O.A, the Eagels, the Redmans, and the Moose Lodge all in Frederick.

He enjoyed coin collecting and watching sports on TV.

In addition to his loving wife Maryellen, he is survived by his children, Ronald Oland Winpigler and wife Samantha of Frederick, Dale Robert Winpigler and wife Vicki of Frederick and Wayne Kevin Winpigler and and wife Debbie of Frederick, a grandson, Shawn Robert Winpigler and his numerous nieces and nephews.

He will also be remembered by his special friends, Carmine Culletto, John Lavigne and Billy Mills.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Charles W. Winpigler.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Sunday, October 25 from 2-4 and 7-9PM.

Services: Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, October 26 at 1:00PM with Pastor John Y. Seay officiating.

Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ronald Winpigler, Dale Winpigler and Shawn Winpigler, Sam Boyer, Steve Boyer, Tim Boyer, Todd Boyer and Cindy Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be James Kidwell, Tom Kidwell, Milt Hahn and Bill Norwood.
