Charles Donald Britt, age 78, passed away October 9, 2008. He proudly served in the Navy Seebees during the Korean War.
He retired from The Washington Gas Company on January 1, 1994, after 41 years. He is survived by Freda, his loving wife of 58 years and their children Linda, Gail, Valerie and Charles Jr. , their spouses, 11 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.

Services: Funeral service will be held at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike , Frederick on Sunday, October 12, 2008 at 11:00AM where the family will be present to receive friends one hour prior. Interment will be held at a later date at Crownsville National Cemetery
