Charles H. Green

Charles  H. "Butch" Green, 69, of Jefferson, Maryland, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, November 18, 2022 at his home.

Born on December 18, 1952, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Eileen E. and Sterling E. Green, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Joanne M. Green.

Charles served in the United States Army as a military policeman. He was a marksman and an avid hunter. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Michael Green and wife, Michelle, of Ellicott City, MD and William "Billy" Frazier, Jr. and wife, Anna Marie, of Parkton, MD; grandchildren, Ryan, Abby, Jason, Kristen, and Michael and Emily; great-grandchild, Oliver; sister, Barbara E. Becker; brothers, Gene, Douglas, Dennis and wife, Chris; and several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Avenue in Brunswick, Maryland.

A celebration of life will take place at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Jefferson Missionary Baptist Church, 4802 Broad Run Road, Jefferson, with Pastor Brian Bowers officiating.
