Charles Gilbert Gallion passed from this life on October 15, 2018 in Hedgesville,WV. He was born on November 24, 1959 in Frostburg, MD to the late Emerson Ford Gallion and Annabelle Gallion. He was also preceded in death by his sister Roxanne Heiser.

He is survived by his oldest daughter, Marianne Droneburg  and her husband Ronnie, daughter Krystle Defriece, and son Charles Matthew Gallion and his wife Jessica. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, Destiney, Haylee, Ethan, Gabriella, Marissa, Aaden, Peyton; sisters Cheryl Love and husband Earl, Dianna Blake and husband Bruce, nieces and nephews Melissa, Margaret, Nathan, Michelle, Rusty, and Steven; as well as several close friends and family members.

Charles worked for over 20 years at the City of Frederick and 10 years at Frederick Community College. He enjoyed his work groundskeeping, maintaining ball fields, and plowing snow. Outside of work he enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports, woodworking, cars and reminiscing.

The family will receive family and friends on Thursday October 25 at 11 am at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike Frederick, MD 21702. Family will announce time and place of fellowship and celebration of life after services.
