Charles Edward Everhart, 83, Dargan, MD passed from this life on February 22nd, 2019.
Born in Ranson West Virginia on November 22, 1935 to the late Howard and Vanessa Everhart. He retired from Eastalco in Frederick MD after working 23 years.
In his early years, he belonged to the Potomac Valley Fire Department, Ruritan, and the Masonic Lodge. Additionally, he coached Little League and Babe Ruth Baseball.
He enjoyed fishing, auctions and golfing. He was an active member of Samples Manor Church of God where he enjoyed playing his guitar and singing.
He is survived by his loving wife of more than 58 years, Garey, sons Chuck and Bill and wife Sue, sister-in-laws, Joyce and Patsy, nieces, Cinda and Jeri and husband Todd, nephews, Keith, wife Cindy and Brian many cousins and friends
Besides his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by sister Elma Jean, and husband Nim and brother Jerry.
Services will be held on February 25, 2019 at Samples Manor Church of God. Visitation will be from 2pm to 3pm before the church and graveside services. In lieu flowers donations may be made to Samples Manor Church, 4713 Harpers Ferry Road, Sharpsburg MD 21782.
