Charles Scott
November 10, 1927 — December 24, 2016
Charles E. Scott of Frederick, MD died quietly in Frederick Memorial Hospital Hospice care. He was born in 1927 in Eldorado, Arkansas and lived 89 wonderful years. He was predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Margie and daughter, Sandy.
Charles served in the army during WWII and after that worked as a 4th level supervisor for C & P telephone company until his retirement.
Charles is survived by five children, Charles (Chip) Scott, II and his wife Lora of Frederick, Maryland; Joann Hines and her husband Michael of Marietta, Georgia; Donald Russell of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania; Ruby Stroud and her husband Bill of Lake City, Florida; James Scott and his wife Edna of Santa Maria, California. He was also lucky enough to have 10 grandchildren and countless great grandchildren.
He will be forever missed by family and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held in the spring.
