Charlcie Bailey

Charlcie H. Bailey, 86 of Mount Airy, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, September 18, 2020 surrounded by her family.
Born on December 24, 1933, in Virginia she was the daughter of the late Ward Harris and Dorothy (Houndshell) Harris.
In life Charlcie had a green thumb and was an avid recipe collector.  She was never without a cat for a companion.
She is survived by her children,Lisa Bowles and husband, Garry, Karen Skinner and husband, Joe and Brian Davies and wife, Kellie;
Along with grandchildren, Melissa Shanks and husband, Erik, Joseph Skinner III, and wife, Jami, Mathew Bowles and wife, Colleen, Kristina

Skinner, Kayla Davies and  Autumn Davies; great grandchildren,Taylor, Braxton, Jacob, Kennedy, Zachary; sisters, Joanne, Judy, Donna, and

Jeanette. She will also be missed by her kitty companion, Robin.

Services will be held privately with the family.
