Catherine E. "Betty" Hull Crist passed from this life into the Kingdom of God and his Holy Angels Saturday, October 4, 2014.
Born in Frederick, MD on July 18, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. "Brownie" Hull and the late Mary Gilbert Hull. She was the wife of the late Charles D. "Duffy" Crist. Catherine was a member of the St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, attended and graduated from St. John's Literary Institute in 1941. During her lifetime she worked for the Price Electric Corp., Ox Fibre Bush Co. and in later years in the J.C. Penney Accounting Office where she retired after 15 years of service.
Surviving are her son Michael Crist and wife Sally, daughters Julie Baldwin and husband Glenn, Jane Reeder and husband William, and Mary A. Hull; three grandsons Michael Baldwin and wife Paula, Charles Baldwin and wife Georgia and Christopher Baldwin and wife Tami; granddaughter Misty Crist; eleven great-grandchildren Hali, and Michael Crist, Jake and Casey Baldwin, Makenzie and Morgan Baldwin, Asher and Cassandra Baldwin, Raquel, Soti, and Alexis Martinez.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Margaret "Jane" Hull and brothers "Pete" Hull and Elmer "Noonie" Hull; grandson Larry Crist and sister-in-law Eleanor "Boots" Hull.
