Carolyn Fisher

December 8, 1942 — August 21, 2016

Carolyn Marie Fisher, 73, of Charles Town, WV, beloved partner of James "Cowboy" Ensor, suddenly passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her first love of 50 years, James William Fisher Jr.

Born on December 8, 1942 in Washington, DC, she was the daugther of Richard Jerome and Lillian Agnes Rowzee. She is survived by one sister, Vicki Rowzee, and three brothers, Jerome, Donald and Steven Rowzee, all of Jacksonville, FL.

In addition, she is survived by her six children, Joyce Riner and husband Wayne, Debra Fisher, James Fisher IV and wife Susan, Dean Fisher, Joseph Fisher and wife MaryBeth and Danielle Helmick; grandchildren, Ray and wife Janet, Rusty and wife Cassey, Josh and wife Lin, Joey, Anthony, Jeremy, Amanda, Matt and wife Ashley, Nick, Austin, Dakota, Sarah and Max; great-grandchildren, Lilly, Lindsay, Sophia, Easton, Skyler, Jamie, Annabelle and Tobin, as well numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Her proudest accomplishment in this life was being the matriarch of her large and loving family.

The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Avenue, Brunswick, MD on Friday evening, August 26, 2016 from 6 to 9 pm. During this time, a memorial service will be given by Deacon Teixeira.

In lieu of flowers, our mother's memory would be best honored with a donation in her name to either: Make a Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, 6 Taft Court, Rockville, MD 20850 or Frederick Action Agency, 100 South Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
