Carol Ann France, 77, of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Charles E. France, II.
Born on October 22, 1940 in Beaver, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Brown and Helen (Brown) Fabian.
Carol attended Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Frederick. She was previously the CEO of Stepping Stones Daycare and also previously taught in the Baltimore County Public School System. She was a member of the Frederick Women's Civic Club. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, cross stitching and reading.
She is survived by her two sons, Daniel Haugh of Frederick and Robert Haugh of California, three grandchildren, Brody, Reese and Megan and a brother, Henry Fabian.
A celebration of Carol's life will be held on Tuesday, January 30th at 1:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Pastor Ed Heim officiating.
