Carl L. {Butchie} Fisher, III

Mr. Carl L. (Butchie) Fisher III, 35, of New Orleans, LA., formerly of Walkersville, MD, died on Monday July 20, 2009.

Born in Ft. Lee, Virginia on November 28, 1973 he was the son of Carl L. Jr. and Stephanie L. Pennycoff Fisher.

Butchie will be remembered as a charismatic person who loved to laugh and have fun. He had a love of politics and loved to debate. He was an avid Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac and Elvis fan.

He was a passionate dog lover and enjoyed his time spent with his rescue dogs and favorite companions Maverick Paws Fisher and Gabby Girl Fisher.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his paternal grandparents, Carl Fisher Sr. and his wife Dorothy of Fayetteville, PA. Brothers Joey Fisher of Damascus, MD, and Scott Fisher and wife Kim of Port St. Lucie, Fl. Nephews Terry and Todd Nguyen. Aunt Kathy Grant and husband Paul. Uncle Joe Walker and wife Betty and Uncle Terry Fisher. Also survived by numerous cousins and great aunts and uncles. He will be fondly remembered by his many friends in Maryland and New Orleans.

Butchie was preceded in death by his Maternal grandfather Robert Pennycoff and Maternal grandmother Bonnie Smith.

Visitation: Friends may call on Friday July 24, from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD.

Services: Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday July 25, at 11:00am. In the Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
