Mr. Caleb J. Cook, 24, of Mt. Airy died on Monday, April 20, 2009, Frederick Memorial Hospital
Born on August 17, 1984, in Rockville, MD he was the son of Debra S. and Dennis F. Cook, Jr of Mt. Airy. He was an auto detailer working with his father in his auto restoration business. He enjoyed playing guitar as well as hunting and fishing.
Surviving in addition to his parents are 8 brothers and sisters: Angelina Cook, Dominic Cook, Elea Fogerty and husband Tyler, Jessi Cook, Isaac Cook, Jeremy Cook, Dani Cook and Mikayla Cook; paternal grandparents, Barbara and Dennis F. Cook Sr.

Services:
The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Friday, April 24, at Covenant Life Church, 7501 Muncaster Mill Rd, Gaithersburg, MD where a memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM.
Interment will take place at 2:00 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, Mt. Airy.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
