Bryan "Bud" Nave

Bryan "Bud" Scott Nave, 21, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed from this life as the result of an automobile accident on Sunday, November 20, 2011.

Born on March 28, 1990, he is the son of Joseph Scott and Laura Ann (Cramer) Nave of Boonsboro.

Bryan was a 2007 graduate of Williamsport High School, and was employed with C. William Hetzer, Inc.  He was a baptized member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Sharpsburg, Maryland.

Bryan will be deeply missed and will be fondly remembered for his avid love of all things "Mustang."  He also enjoyed hunting and fishing and he lived his life to the fullest every day.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiance' Amanda B. Adkins of Williamsport; his infant daughter, Leona Kay Nave; two sisters, Kristina N. Morris of Boonsboro and Heather Gripp of Arizona; a niece, Alexis Easterday and a nephew, James Easterday, both of Boonsboro; his paternal grandmother, Mary Jane Sirbaugh of Sharpsburg; paternal grandfather, John L. Nave of Romney, West Virginia; three aunts, Peggy Faircloth and her husband Kevin of Inwood, West Virginia, Tammy Jones and her fiance' Tom Ripple of Falling Waters, West Virginia, and Twana Brown and her husband Albert of Boonsboro; and his cousins, Tiffany Faircloth, James Nave, Eric Cramer and Bobbi Jo Leggett.  He will also be remembered by his godfather, Gregory Leatherman and his best friend, Taylor McPherson.

Bryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Margie Poffenberger; his paternal step-grandfather, Kenneth Sirbaugh; and his uncle, Bobby Nave.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro.  Rev. Karen Erskine-Valentine will officiate.  Final resting place ceremonies will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Sharpsburg, Maryland.

The family will receive friend on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
