Bonnie Lee Bush-Schaffer of Baltimore, MD was born on August 15, 1966, to mother and father, William and Carole Bush. She went to the Almighty Creator, on Sunday, June 26, 2016.
Bonnie was a successful, self-employed artist who specialized in the research and restoration of historical architecture and other art related projects requiring a multi-talented specialist of her caliber.She loved Baltimore and believed the city was the best location for her business, Artistree Studio. She was well known, loved and respected by her community.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Gwendolyn (age 14) and Elliott Schaffer (age 11); brothers, William (Betty) Bush, II and Scott (Cassandra) Bush; also survived by aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 East Main Street, Thurmont, MD on Thursday, July 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony's Shrine, Emmitsburg, MD on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 11 am. Interment private. Reception to follow at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Thurmont, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
