Mr. Bobby William Loudan, Sr., 71 of Knoxville, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at his home. He was the husband of Patsy Sicura Loudan, to whom he was married for 52 years.

Born April 6, 1941 in Charles Town, WV he was the son of the late William Jackson Loudan and Fosteen Housden Loudan.

He was a member of Locust Valley Bible Church.  Bobby worked at Eastalco Aluminum as a mechanic for 29 years, from where he retired in 1999.  He enjoyed farming, the outdoors and getting together with his family.  He enjoyed traveling with his wife, and has visited all 50 states as well as several other countries.  His sense of humor and love for jokes and pranks will be missed by all who came in contact with him.  No one was a stranger to Bobby - he would strike up a conversation with anyone and have them laughing shortly thereafter.

In addition to his loving wife Patsy, he is survived by his three children, Teresa Justice and husband Dave of Knoxville, MD, Bobby W. Loudan, Jr. and wife Brenda of Bunker Hill, WV and Denise Peterson and husband Scott of Knoxville, MD, six grandchildren, Clint Coblentz, Elaine Moricle, Daniel Loudan, Rachel Ham, Hannah Salisbury and William Salisbury, four great granddaughters, Alexis, Shelby, Madison and Mercedes and a brother, Gardner Jackson Loudan and wife Doris of Charles Town, WV, and nieces Tina and Dawn, nephew Eric and their children.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sarah.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Ave., Brunswick on Friday, August 31st from 6:00-9:00PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 1st at 11:00AM at the Locust Valley Bible Church, 1323 Marker Road, Middletown with Dr. Curvin D. Stambaugh officiating.
Interment will be in Locust Valley Bible Church Cemetery.
