Bobby Kline

Bobby Gene Kline, 74 of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed away on July 31, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown. He was the husband 51 years to Shelva (Boyd) Kline.

Born on November 12, 1943, in Wolfsville, Maryland to the late Vernon and Nellie Kline. Bobby graduated from Boonsboro High School, class of 1962. He went on to serve in the United States Army. Following his service he began working for East Alco from where he would retire in 1999. He was a member of New Covenant Fellowship Independent Church from its beginning and enjoyed spending time helping the church in any way he could. He enjoyed tractor pulling, fishing and loved his farm. He enjoyed travelling with his wife taking bus trips and cruises.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Thomas Eugene Kline and Rebecca Jean Brady and his grandson, Tyler Lynn Brady. He is also survived by his siblings, Donald Kline, Loretta Pryor, Linda Gift, Sherry Remsburg, Nancy Friese and Michael Kline; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Connie Fields.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland 21713.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday, August 6, 2018 at New Covenant Fellowship Independent Church, 18310 Breathedsville Road, Boonsboro, MD 21713. Pastor Richard Rutherford and Pastor Dan Nason will officiate. Interment will be in Mount Zion Cemetery San Mar.
