Blaine Wilson Smiley, 75, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed from this life on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at his place of residence.
Born on June 4, 1938, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late George David and Caroline Juanita (Nabors) Smiley. He was the co-owner of Cannas, LLC in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Blaine also worked as a Property Manager.
He is survived by his life partner of 41 years, Wayne M. Wolfensberger of Boonsboro; sister Margaret Eileen Polk of Boonsboro; brothers David Wolfensberger and wife, Bernice of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and Mark Wolfensberger and wife, Rose of Hagerstown, Maryland; and by Momma Doris of Boonsboro.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm during the visitation. Rev. Dr. Robert Apgar-Taylor will officiate.
Interment will be private.
