Mr. Billy Rhoda, 56, of Frederick died suddenly on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at his home. He was the life partner of Tina Quinn for 30 years.
Born March 21, 1959 in Freetown, Sierra Leone, he was the son of Josephine Bangura Rhoda and the late Abdul Rhoda.
Billy was an assistant manager with Mr. Tire. He leaves behind two sisters and many family members.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 10-11 a.m. at Stauffer Funeral Home, Frederick. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Tim May officiating.
Interment to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
