Mrs. Billie M. Ricci, 96, of Frederick, MD., passed away Friday, September 23, 2011 at Country Meadows Retirement Community. She was the wife of the late Carl F. Ricci.
Born August 22, 1915 in Washington, D., C., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Edith Lowry Marshall.
She is survived by a daughter Patricia Pierce and husband Michael of Harpers Ferry, WV and a son Carl Ricci and wife Bette of Parrish, FL, Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers George and Robert Marshall.
A Memorial service will be held Sunday, September 25, at 1:30 p.m. from Country Meadows of Frederick Retirement Community, 5955 Quinn Orchard Road, Frederick, MD
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 27, at 10:30 am from Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring MD
