Mrs. Beverly Jane "Bev" Clingan, 60, of Mt. Airy died on Sunday April 13, 2014 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of John W. Clingan for the last 40 years.
Born on January 12, 1954 in Covington, KY she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Beverly Baxley Foltz, and sister of the late Peter J. Foltz.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Bridgett Vincent of Frederick and Craig Clingan of Mt. Airy, her Grandchildren Caedon and Eiley, Brother Patrick Foltz and wife Donna of Independence KY. and sister in law Carol Foltz of Speedway IN. She is also survived by, loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins,her other brother and sisters in law and of course all of her beloved "Wild Gals, N.D. class of 72 ".
Visitation will be held on Monday April 21, 2014 from 6-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday April 22, 2014, 11:00am St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 1125 St. Michael’s Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771. Father Michael J. Ruane will officiate. Interment will be private.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Clingan Family for a Memorial Fund.
