Beverley Dalton

Beverley Lou (Wagner) Dalton, 76, of Bowie, Maryland, passed away on August 31, 2018 at her home. She was the wife of the late James Dalton.
Born on March 26, 1942 in Keedysville, she was the daughter of the late John Benjamin and Rachael (Cline) Wagner. She worked for Verizon Telephone Company for more than 30 years. Beverley was an active member of the Pythian Sisters of Maryland for 60 years and a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Keedysville.
She is survived by her three step-daughters, Colleen Gleason, Karen Rogerson and June Sternberg; brother, James A. Wagner and his wife Connie of Hagerstown; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Benjamin L Wagner; sister Shirley L Lowery and brother-in-law William Lowery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
